Rep. Donna Edwards (D-MD), member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, speaks at the NASHTU Conference. After her remarks, NASHTU attendees gave her a standing ovation in appreciation of her outspoken opposition to the outsourcing mandate included in the House transportation authorization bill.
